photographs and a poem, 2017
In the photography series “Kasırga / The hurricane”, the artist displayed the photographs she has taken based on her poem “Kasırga”. During the process after the artist had written the poem, she focused mainly on moments of breaking and destruction and this destruction could become alive again in time. As the artist experienced the permeability of the feeling this destruction has caused, this photography series were created over the course of time. This photography series has been exhibited in Berlin/ Aff Galerie under the title “Turkish Contemporary Photography / TRANS FORM FAULT”.
