“This inflated metalinguistic offering rewinds and fast-forwards time with a mix of poetry, art, and symbols representing national flags. Engaging obsolescent cassette-tape technology, the artist presents a publication featuring an arrangement of eight artists and authors planting new flags in future nows. We live in a global environment where national flags as symbolic speech are dangerously controversial.” editor & text: Eric Ellingsen
